He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemon Hardy and Rosa Brooks Hardy; and his sister Mae Ellen Hardy. He is survived by: his wife Letha Mallet Hardy; his sons, Anthony, Leroy Jr. and Cornelius Hardy, Sr.; and his siblings, Roosevelt H. Hardy, Sr. and Caroline H. Jones. He is also survived by four grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a host of extended family members and friends.
