We are sad to announce that on November 3, 2022, at the age of 76, John Victor LaFrance Jr. of Port Sulphur, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Geraldine LaFrance; his daughter Alicia LaFrance; his parents, John LaFrance and Lear LaFrance Sr.; his parents-in-law, Robert and Rosina Bartholomew Sr.; his brothers, Simon LaFrance and Clement LaFrance Sr.; and his sister-in-law Jacquelyn Barthelemy.

He is survived by : his children, Wanda Miller (Cedric), John, Shawn, Chad (Lucy), Jacquetta LaFrance and Chris LaFrance Sr.; his grandchildren, Cedric, Khaiden Miller, Aerial Williams, India, Monica LaFrance, Asia Duplessis, John Black and Chyna LaFrance; his great grandchildren, Ro'yale, Braydon, Kingston, Jr. and Emerson; his siblings, Anthony LaFrance (Leatrice), Carlton LaFrance, Mary Black (Sidney) and Dorita Black (Manuel); his siblings-in-law, Marlise LaFrance, Wilbert Bartholomew, Alfred Bartholomew, Rosina Copeland, Leo Barthelemy, Gwendolyn Bartholomew and Donna Parker; and his godchildren, Jeffery Turner, Felton LaFrance, Zelda Harvey, Dionne Carter, Donyell Barthelemy, Ashley LaFrance, Leo Barthelemy Jr., Terren-Ann Bartholomew and Shannon Duplessis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
