He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carrigan and Jean Carrigan; and his brother Tommy Arco. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Roberts Carrigan; his children, Casey Burnham (Joshua) and John Carl Carrigan (Haley); his grandchildren, Eli Burnham, Erin Burnham and Rose Carrigan; and his siblings, Jennifer Morrison (Jerry), Joy Williams (Jerry) and Tommy Acro.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Oak Grove Baptist Church.
