He is survived by: his fiancée Kristina Schouest; his son Clay Ayzinne; his mother Linda Ayzinne; his sister Crystal Hebert (Chad); his aunt Barbara Caballero; his nephew Devin Ayzinne (Ashley); his great-nieces, Madyson, Ellie, Emmie Ayzinne, Cassie Hebert (Josh) and Nora Sanchez; and his great-nephew Josh Hebert.
