She was predeceased by : her parents, Wilton Bruney and Clarice Bruney; her son Micheal Wayne Hanks; her grandparents, Matt and Dorceline Bruney; and her siblings, Connie Lacour and Richard Bruney.

She is survived by : her husband Willard Parker; her children, Pamela Petry of Ragley, Cynthia Hanks of Sulphur and Mark Hanks of Ragley; and her siblings, Melba Bellomo (J. C.), Devern Fuselier (Bobby), Steve Bruney (Kathy), Craig Bruney and Dale Bruney. She is also survived by six grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
