He was predeceased by : his parents, Leon Hoffman, Sr. and Theresa Sinitiere Hoffman; and his siblings, Leon Hoffman, Jr., Ronald Hoffman, Donald Hoffman, Lorraine Hoffman Day and Gloria Hoffman Lina. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gossen Funeral Home Chapel (504 N Polk St, Rayne, LA 70578). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
