She was predeceased by: her husband J. B. Ratcliff; her parents, Raleigh Albert and Fannie Mae Hunter (Wade); her brothers, Leroy Hunter and James Ellis Hunter; and her great grandchild Joseph Morris.
She is survived by: her children, Rayelene McNaughton (Mike) of Rayville, LA, Jackie Brown (Jerry) of Rayville, LA and Jay Ratcliff (Sue) of Pineville, NC.; her grandchildren, Casey Hubbard (Wayne) of Gunter, TX, Jamey McNaughton (Barbara) of Grant, AL, Brad Brown (Kylie) of Rayville, LA. and Heather Stephenson (Brandon) of Rayville, LA.; her great grandchildren, Logan, Adyson, Braedyn, Kinsley, Emersyn, Paisleigh and Presleigh; and her siblings, William Hunter (Regina) of DeFuniack Springs, FL., Frances King of Erwin, NC and Pat Aman (Joe) of Willow Spring, NC.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ruby Ratcliff Memorial Fund, in care of Winnsboro State Bank, 1907 Hwy 425, Rayville, La 71269, to erect a Memorial Lighted Flagpole at the Antioch Cemetery, in Loving Memory of J. B. and Ruby Ratcliff.
