He is survived by: his wife Willeen Alexander O'Quin of River Ridge; and his grandchildren, Amanda McGraw (Austin) of Baton Rouge, Mike O'Quin (Lauren) of Baton Rouge, Claire O'Quin of Baton Rouge, John Paul Jackson of Brookhaven, Collyn O'Quin of River Ridge, Bailey O'Quin of River Ridge, Megan O'Quin of River Ridge, Cole Young of River Ridge and Cade Young of River Ridge. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
