He is survived by: his wife Ruby Sonnier Romero of Coteau; and his children, Jarrod Romero (Misti) of Youngsville, Corey Pitman (Tonya) of Dayton, TX, Tanya Romero of Coteau and Tennille Romero of Opelousas. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
