He is survived by: his children, Steven Phipps (Lisa) of Marengo and Kathy Shrum (Michael) of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Bradley (April), Jonathan Phipps of Marengo and Avery Strother of Lafayette, IN; his great grandchild Dalton Levi Phipps of Marengo; and his sister Velma Henderson.
