She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Ceasar, Sr.; her sons, Paul Carroll, Willie Joseph and Anthony Larry Ceasar; her grandson Norman of Washington; her great grandchild Annalisa Dunnaway; and her siblings, Viola Guillory, Beanna Lewis, Theresa Collins, Helen Lavan, Roy, Ray and Harry Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Kerry M Ceasar of Cypress, TX, Joan Fontenot of Elton, LA, Frances Winford (Dale) of San Diego, CA, Anora Shilow of Cypress, TX, D. Ann Brown of Cypress, TX, Brenda Haughton of Cypress, TX, Deborah Nelson of Elton, LA and Peggy Jackson (Elray) of Elton, LA; her daughters-in-law, Ruthie and Geraldine Ceasar; and her siblings, Josephine Ballou of Los Angeles, CA and Herbert Collins of Lake Charles, LA. She is also survived by thirty-four grandchildren; eighty-two great-grandchildren; thirty-one great-great grandchildren; one great-great-great grandson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
