It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Townsend (Ruston, Louisiana), who passed away on February 5, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Billy" and Mable Brashear. She is survived by: her child Chance; her husband Harry Knox Townsend; her children, Leslie Meredith Townsend and Chancellor Sinclair Townsend; her sister Carol Renae Brummett (Don) of Shreveport; and her nieces, Robin Elizabeth of Shreveport and Karen Aubrey of New Orleans. She is also survived by numerous cousins and beloved friends.
