He is survived by: his former wife Flossie Ware Price; his wife Flo; his children, Joe Price of Ruston, Becky Price Williams of Ruston and John Price (Pam) of Choudrant; his grandchildren, Jason Martin (Julie) of Benton, Rob Martin of Bossier City, Morgan Price Ritter (Paul Ritter) of Lafayette, Lauren (Bobby Jones) and Landan Bailey of Choudrant; and his great grandchildren, Hannah Martin, Grayson Martin, Marlee Jones and Chloee Jones.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer of American Cancer Society.
