It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Neil Franklin of Ruston, Louisiana, who passed away on November 22, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert I Franklin and Sarah Franklin; and his siblings, Maurice and Eloise (Eugene Wilson). He is survived by: his nephew Larry Wilson (Sandy); his niece Lindy Waltman (Bill); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ben Wilson (Miranda), Brandon Waltman (Molly), Brooke Chapman and Shelbie Waltman; and also, Blair Wilson, Georgia Claire Chapman, Emmy Waltman and Lucas Waltman.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Methodist Children's Home, 904 Deville Street, Ruston, LA 71270.
