He was predeceased by: his former wife Robbie Lee Wells; and his mother Annie Wells. He is survived by: his wife Maggie Harper; his children, Gay Magee (David), Pam Flowers (Al) and Herbert Wells (Alisha); and his grandchildren, Jeremy Magee, Heather Yates, Daniel Flowers, Seth Wells and Robbie Wells. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
