She is survived by: her husband Charles Wagner; her children, Mark Hughes, Sr., Derwood Hughes, Phillip Hughes, Sherwood Hughes, Troy Hughes, Sr. (Janet) and Debra Aldridge (Herbert, Jr.); and her siblings, Rhoda Holtzclaw, Annette Freeman and Larry Caldwell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
