He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Townsend and Pat Townsend. He is survived by: his daughter Sammantha Ann Townsend of Shreveport; his grandsons, Reginald J. Townsend and Samuel Kyle Townsend of Shreveport; his brothers, Kelly Townsend of Ruston and Kirk Townsend (Angela) of Farmerville; and his nephews, Levi and Logan Townsend of Farmerville.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Institute or the National Kidney Foundation.
