He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mel McGaha, Tina McGaha, Hal and Vivian Henderson. He is survived by: his father Fred McGaha (Beth); his wife Annie; his children, Macy Laine, Layla Grace and Bryce Hal McGaha; his mother Lesa Henderson; and his brother Wade McGaha (Dana).
