He was predeceased by: his father Mark Olan Holtzclaw. He is survived by: his wife Rita Taylor Holtzclaw of Ruston; his children, Kacie Lynn Holtzclaw of West Monroe and Shelby Nicole Holtzclaw of Ruston; his stepchildren, Daniel Caskey (Jodi) of Dodson, LA, Lesley Duck (Ray) of Jonesboro, LA and Lindsey Allen (Chris) of Jena, LA; his mother JoAnn Fuller Holtzclaw of Ruston, LA; and his sisters, Cindy Porter (Steve) of Shreveport, LA and Debbie Brister (Randy) of Ruston.
