It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melinda Adkins of Ruston, Louisiana, born in Alexandria, Louisiana, who passed away on January 31, 2021, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her daughters, Jasmine and Lainey; her husband Jason; her stepson Drake; her father Michael Connor (Teresa); her siblings, Matthew Connor and Michaela (Jonathan Stewart); her nieces and nephews, Makenzie, Eli, Liam and Jaxon; her father-in-law Paul Adkins (Beverly); her sister Anisha (Kevin Hall); and also Hunter Davis. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, family and friends.
