He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Foreman and Hazel M. Foreman; and his siblings, Jack Foreman, Thelma Smith and Mary Emma McKinney.
He is survived by: his wife Faye G. Foreman; his son Joey Foreman; his stepchildren, Johnny Thiels (Jennifer), Kathy (Howard LaCaze) and Vicki (Leon Staples); his siblings, Keith Foreman and Janet Nichols; and his grandchildren, Mindy (Charlie Bassham), Keith Melancon, Greg Melancon, Michael Lacaze, Tommy Thiels and David Thiels. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
