It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Calahan of Ruston, Louisiana, who passed away on October 20, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sisters, Merrie Ann Sears, Billie Calahan and Ruth Hargrove; and her pets, Sassy, Beau and Scooter.
She is survived by: her siblings, Claude Calahan, Jr. of Shreveport, LA and Maxine Grant of Madisonville, KY; and her nieces and nephews, Gordon Calahan (Laurie) of Shreveport, LA, Melanie Calahan Walz of Dallas, TX, Mickey Grant of Madisonville, KY, Kay Wayne Hargrove (Sandra) of Oakdale, LA, Jerry Andrews of Ruston, LA and Donna (Eddie Wayne Horton) of Bernice, LA.
