He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kenneth Rose, Sr. and Robert Neil Rose; his wife Martha; his siblings-in-law, Raymond Edwards and Eddie; and his parents-in-law, Frank Stuart Wheatly of Hodge, LA and Jessie A Wheatly.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Boatright (Scott) and Douglas Rose; his grandchildren, Callie Hardel (Cameron Haughton), Jessie Hardel Boatright, Taylor Stephens (Sierra Stephens) of Roseville, MI and Holden Rose (Kimberly Rose); his sister-in-law Lynn Edwards of Stonewall, LA; his cousins, Debbie Coleman of Longview, TX, Sharon Freeman of Denver, CO, Jimmy Lee Driver of Padre Island, TX and Barbara Graham of Padre Island, TX; and his friends, Connie Watts, Geoff Watts, Larry Cryer, Jim Speicher, Fern McDaniel and Nancy Knowles.
Bob stated "Flowers are nice but charity is better. And I chose the Methodist Children's Home," so donations in his memory to MCH in lieu of flowers will be most welcome.
