She was predeceased by: her parents, L. L. "Red" and Hazel Williams; her husband Gerald Herter; her great grandchild Mattie Jean Posey; and her nephew Joe Williams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Amanda Duke (Scott), Suzette Austin (Danny) and Sherri Colvin; her grandchildren, April Bagwell, Robin Posey (Gene), Kristina Wheelis (Jonathan), Haley Bonnette (Ragan), Mitchell Austin and Mallory Bryant (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Braden, Cameron Bagwell, Blakelyn, Ronni Posey and Cohen Wheelis; her brother Dolph Williams (Kim); and her nephew Heath Williams (Trent).
