He is survived by: his wife Carol Owens; his children, Matthew Owens of Ruston, Kim Owens of Madison, WI, Allyson Owens of Covington, LA and Heidi Owens of Madison, WI; and his grandchildren, Eli Murphy of Covington, Oliver Murphy of Covington, Grace Murphy of Covington and Lola Hilliard of Madison, WI..
