He was predeceased by: his parents, William Rogers and Katie Rogers; and his siblings, Laura Lee Schmidt, Mary Williams, Sissie Rogers, Kenneth Rogers and Romey Rogers.

He is survived by: his sister Anita Otwell; and his niece Dianne Kilgore. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
