She is survived by : her husband Ernest Kenneth Cook; her daughter Pamela Rena Cook Ballenger (Chris); her grandchildren, Christopher Macaluso (Teresa), Dustin Duplessis and Tiffany Duplesis; her son Marc Allen Cook (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Destiny and Colin Cook; her daughter Lissa Gale Cook Young (Phillip); her great grandchildren, Taddum, Traeton, Madison Duplessis, Haley, Caleb, Matthew and Jude Macaluso; her sister Glenda Wall Dayton of Texarkana; her sisters-in-law, Peggy Humphries and Connie Wall of Atlanta, Texas.; and her brother Joe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
