He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony J. Cefalu, Sr. and Josephine Cefalu; and his former wife Dolores Ann Digby Cefalu. He is survived by: his wife Ethel Mae Cefalu; his children, Donna C. Brousse (Louis N. Brousse III), Anthony J. Cefalu, III (Jennifer Cefalu), Sherri Bailey (Louis J. Bailey, Sr.) and David Cefalu (Rebekah Cefalu); his daughters-in-law, Donna M. Hotard (Bryan) and Kelly Sanzone; his grandchildren, Donna M. Cuccia, Lindsay C. Battaglia, Louis J. Bailey, Jr., Hayley E. Cefalu and Jenna Cefalu; his grandchildren-in-law, Ashley Sanzone, Kacey Mills and Makayla Brousse; his great grandchildren, Joshua, Bella, Baby Wayne, Lily, Mia, Suri, Liam, Isla and Olivia; and his sister Diane J. Tekippe (Vincent J. Tekippe). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-related restrictions, family visitation is limited to 25 in attendance.
