She was predeceased by: her husband Michael James Elder; her brother Norbert J. Gaspard Jr.; and her parents, Norbert J. Gaspard Sr. and Eva Bordelon Gaspard. She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Drewes (LaLa Cortez), Cherie Drewes Silas (Anthony), Dawn Elder (Randi) and Chrissie Elder Mayer (Jason); her grandchildren, Brandy Morris, Jerel Silas, Chrystalynne Bechtel, Toni Silas, Aaron Silas, Caylee Elder, Mason Cortez, Payten Mayer, Ayden Mayer and Ava Mayer; her siblings, Aline Ranatza, Ronald Gaspard, Elizabeth Wolfarth and Andrew Gaspard; and her pet Anna. She is also survived by her 7 great grandchildren, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
