She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon R. Hoover, Sr.; and her parents, Santa Guarino and Frank Mortillaro, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Hoover, Vernon R. Hoover, Jr. (Melanie) and Kathleen Martinez (John); her siblings, Mary Bruno Msallam (Charlie Mortillaro), Anthony Mortillaro, Josie Perniciaro and Louise Mortillaro (Frank Mortillaro); and her grandchildren, Lindsey Bienvenu (Brent), Vernon R. Hoover III (Courtney), John Martinez Jr. (Jenn), Joel Martinez (Ann) and Katie Martinez. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
