We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2020, at the age of 52, Daniel Cathey of Saint Francisville, Louisiana, born in Downey, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his mother Shari Cathey; his grandparents, George R., Dorothy H. Cathey, Daniel P. and Betty Smith; and his niece Gracie Ann Meredith.

He is survived by : his wife Jennifer Horricks Cathey; his daughter Maggie Cathey of Friendswood, TX; his father Ronald Cathey of St. Francisville; his siblings, Jenele Meredith (Will) of St. Francisville, Lanie Cathey of St. Francisville and Frankie Cathey (Jesse) of St. Francisville; and his granddaughter Maizy Mae Postel.
