It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Freda Patrick of Saint Francisville, Louisiana, born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, who passed away on February 14, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her husband Sammy Patrick, Sr.; her children, Julie Patrick Horn (Robby) and Yancey Patrick (Monica); her grandchildren, Madeline Patrick, Emma Patrick, Makenzie Patrick, LCpl James Patrick Horn, Jack-Henry Horn, Julian Horn, Chase Horn and Shea Corona; and her great grandchild Stella Rose Sagely.
