It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myrtis Victoria Temple of Saint Francisville, Louisiana, who passed away on October 7, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Willie Knight and Ella Dean Knight; and her siblings, Linda Bennett, William Knight, Plummer Knight and Lorraine Knight.

She is survived by : her husband William Randolph "Duke" Temple; her daughter Samantha Ann Moore (Daniel); her siblings, Diane Duncan, Richard Knight (Sylvia) and Charles Knight; her sisters-in-law, Jeanette Knight, Kathie Knight and Mary Knight; and her grandsons, Michael and Aiden Moore.
