She was predeceased by : her daughter Tracy Jeannine Hale; her parents, Lonzy Clyde Mathews and Lula B Plunkett Mathews; and her siblings, Lonette Guice, Juanita Williams, Christine Duckworth, Judy Butler and John Macklon Mathews.
She is survived by : her husband John Mitchell Hale Sr. of St. Joseph, LA; her sons, John Hale Jr. of St. Joseph, LA and Jody Hale (Melissa) of Calhoun, LA; her grandchildren, Phillip Winfield Jones, Beau Riley Jones, Casey Hale, Brandi Jones Griggs (Randall), Katelyn Hutchinson (Korbin), John Hale III (Jessie), Cody Hale, Michael Hunter, Makalya Hunter and Morgan Hunter; her great grandchildren, Brayden, Lincoln, Zoey Griggs, Renleigh, Atleigh Hutchinson, Bentley, Sawyer Jones, Eli, Easton and Beau Hudson Jones; and her siblings, Donnie Joe Matnews (Deanna) of Blanchard, LA and Sharon Kozak of Cuyahoga Falls, OH. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
