With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susie Ann Maturin Delahoussaye of Saint Martinville, Louisiana, who passed away on May 26, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jules Maturin and Elain Touchet Maturin; her grandparents, Gilbert, Annaise Gary Maturin, Adia Toups Touchet and Adam Touchet; her sisters, Gloria Maturin (Johnny) and Cheryl David (Eddie Sr.); and her grandson Auston Arceneaux.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Arceneaux (Billy Landry) and Connie Arceneaux; her grandchildren, Billy Arceneaux, Damien Landry (Taylor), Hogan Landry (Katelynn), Hazey Gary, Blake Gary (Shay) and Hayston Gary (Mallory); her great grandchildren, Zachary, Carter, Elijah, Mal'akhi, Legend, Ry'Lon, Mariana, Nora and Creed; her close friend Mark Racca; her godchildren, Krystal Viator, Jonathan Maturin, Shane Maturin, Amber Maturin and Desiree Maturin; and her siblings, Brenda Romero (LeRoy) and Randy Maturin.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Louisiana Funeral Services & Crematory (108 Hardware Rd, Broussard, LA 70518). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church (2409 Coteau Rd, New Iberia, LA 70560).
