It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rosemary Brent Boyd (Saint Rose, Louisiana), who passed away on March 2, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Andrew Preston and Gertie Felder Brent; her husband Grady R. Boyd; her daughter Rebecca Lynn Soper; and her siblings, Martha Price, Julia Alexander, Ida Johnson, Bertie Bearden and Frank "Buster" Brent.

She is survived by : her sons, Robert E. Boyd (Gail) of Rose Hill, MS and Ronald N. Boyd (Karen) of Kenner, LA; her son-in-law Paul Soper of Thibodaux, LA; her sister Irene Brent Lambert of McComb, MS; and her grandchildren, Kayla Harper (Alan), Robbie Boyd (Kelly), Travis Boyd, Joshua Boyd (Hali), Justin Boyd, Benji Welch (Stephanie) and Lisa Welch. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Mrs. Boyd's name may be made to the Gideon's International.
