He is survived by: his children, Gabrielle Romero, Rebecca Romero Pratt (Chad), Charles B. Romero (Sherry) and David W. Romero (Danielle); his grandchildren, Ashley Romero, Delaney Romero, Charlie Pratt, Xander Pratt, Dillan Touchet and Landon Blackledge; his great grandchildren, Oliver Touchet and Lillian Touchet; and his brothers, Edward "Junior" Romero (Lynnell) and Harris Romero (Linda).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association - Louisiana Chapter, in memory of Charles.
