He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Franklin and Bessie Bailey; and his siblings, Ida Branton, Janice Myers, Leo Bailey, Fred Bailey and Billy Bailey.
He is survived by : his wife Carol M. Bailey; his children, Jimmie Lynn Bailey, Jr. and Virginia M. Bailey; his siblings, Juanita Klovenski and Howard Bailey; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Ann Orlando, Shelby Bailey and Rebecca Bailey. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
