He was predeceased by: his father Gramps; and his sister Donna Olstead. He is survived by: his daughter Angela (Angie); his wife Julia Bush (Judy); his daughter Angie Custer; his close friend Judy Wood; his granddaughter Sami Stevenson (Jon Michael); and his great grandchildren, Lainey, Parker and Ellie Stevenson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Dale F. Springer's name to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital, or to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
