She is survived by: her mother Dorothy Ceal; her stepfather James Ceal; her sons, Brian Horn and Kevin Horn (Julie); her siblings, Larry Alexander, Robert Worrell, Susan Gallion and Robin Mayberry; her grandchildren, Tanner Jones, Shelby Horn and Jacob Horn; and her great grandchildren, Amyah and Audrey Horn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
