It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emmie Sue Ellisor (Shreveport, Louisiana), born in Abbeville, Alabama, who passed away on May 20, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jim" Ellisor. She is survived by: her children, Jackson Ellisor, Elizabeth Ellisor Bolton and Suzanne Ellisor Menasco; her grandchildren, Lauren Baudoin Lee (Clint), Zach Baudoin (Michelle), Sophia Manon Ellisor, Brooks Ellisor, Alex Menasco and Josh Menasco; and her great grandchildren, Taylor Jane Lee, Kellen Lee, Easton Baudoin, Camryn Lee, Owen Baudoin, Aria Ellisor, Alaina Ellisor and Rhett Baudoin.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church (275 Southfield Rd, Shreveport, LA 71105).
In honor of Emmie Sue's love of music, the family welcomes donations to the Organ Restoration Fund at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Shreveport, LA, in lieu of flowers.
