He is survived by: his wife Coni Sweeney Fisher; his children, Jon Matthew "Matt" Fisher (Doretta) of Brenham, TX, Stacy Elaine Fisher of Houston, TX and Adrienne Roberts Mortimer (David) of Alexandria, VA; his grandchildren, Grace Elaine Coker, LeAnna Curiel (Martin), Giuliana Mortimer Schultz (Chris) and Brent Batts (Nichole); his great grandchildren, Presley Curiel and Brooks Curiel; his nephews, Dr. Rawleigh Fisher (Sarah) of Lake Charles, LA, Laird Fisher (Christi) of Oklahoma City, OK, Mark Pankey and Ron Pankey (Brittany) of Crested Butte, CO; and his cousins, James Hugh Smith (Jane) of Lafayette, LA and Joe B. Smith of Round Rock, TX..
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Shreveport Yacht Club (2905 Municipal Pier Rd, Shreveport, LA 71119). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cathedral of St. John Berchmans (947 Jordan St, Shreveport, LA 71101).
