James Ronald Billingsley Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2025, at the age of 82, James Ronald Billingsley of Shreveport, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Heidecker Billingsley; and his parents, James Newton Billingsley and Naomi Evelyn Billingsley. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Billingsley Cooper (David), Meredith Billingsley Stuart (Jason) and Heather Billingsley Prymek (Marc); his grandchildren, Samuel Lloyd Cooper (Kelsey), Simeon Elijah Stuart, Tristen Joseph Cotton (Madison) and Benjamin Seth Prymek (Kassidy Richardson); and his great grandchildren, Luke Joseph Cotton, Anna Elizabeth Cotton, Izabella Marie Cotton and Isaiah Seth Prymek.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM. A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM.
