Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved John William DeVries of Shreveport, Louisiana, born in Hinsdale, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 60, on January 16, 2022. He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Sue. He is survived by: his mother Audrey Sue; his daughter Jordan Diaz; his sister Noreen Kennedy (Mike Kennedy); and his grandson Luca Diaz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be to the NWLA Humane Society, to honor John's love for dogs.
