He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley J. Lewis and Pauline Taglavore Lewis. He is survived by: his sister Susan Lewis Garriga; his nephews, Christopher Garriga (Jennifer) and Michael Garriga (Ali); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Charley, Collins, Coulter and Grayson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton (522 E Flournoy Lucas Rd, Shreveport, LA 71115). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at the Forest Park Cemetery.
