She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene C. Winters and Raymond Colomb; and her husband William Carl Scarlato. She is survived by: her children, Michael V. Scarlato (Deborah), William C. Scarlato II, Irene L. Scarlato, Rachele Scarlato Feys, Rose Scarlato Moser (Jim) and John M. Scarlato. She is also survived by six children, fifteen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calendar Kilpatrick Rose-Neath Funeral Home (2500 Southside Dr, Shreveport, LA 71118). A prayer was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calendar St. Mary of the Pines Catholic Church (1050 W Bert Kouns Industrial Loop, Shreveport, LA 71118). A burial was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 1401 Louisa St, New Orleans, LA 70117.
