It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Davenport (Shreveport, Louisiana), born in Mankato, Kansas, who passed away on March 23, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleao Davenport and Walton Davenport; and his siblings, Donald Davenport, Margaret Dameron, Norma Hobbie, Donna Christie and Melvin Davenport (Essie Jean Davenport).
He is survived by: his wife Norma Gallagher Davenport; his children, Denise Wood (Ken), Walt Davenport (Amanda) and Colleen Davenport (Nancy); his grandchildren, Chris (Lindsay), Emily, Steven (Tiffany) and Sarah; his great grandchildren, Nate, Nic, Mary and Rylann; his stepchildren, Stuart Sepaugh (Jeanette) and Stephanie Sepaugh; his grandson Peyton; his great grandchild Debbie Digilormo; his grandchildren, Jason (Maria) and Kate (Sonny); his great grandchildren, Ethan and Chloe; and his sister-in-law Celia Gallagher. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
