He was predeceased by : his mother Eleanor Cammack Boyd; his uncle Samuel R. Cammack; and his grandmother Florence Cammack. He is survived by : his father Ronald Wayne Boyd; his brother Bruce Wayne Boyd (Tina); his aunts, Suzy Moritz-Rawdin (Scott) and Mari Cammack; and his cousins, Jennifer Thomas Haylor, Ray Cammack and Anthony Cammack.
