He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Wiggins and Eileene Wiggins; his siblings, Gloria Nichols and HJ Wiggins; and his daughter-in-law Patricia Wiggins.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Wiggins; his children, Howard Blake Wiggins and Laura Paige Gloor (Jeff Gloor); his grandchildren, Rebecca Frazier (Louis Frazier), Emily Wiggins, Anna Wiggins, Grace Wiggins, Sydney Kennedy (Riley Kennedy) and Carter Gloor; and his great grandchild Millicent Kennedy.
The family suggests memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Shreveport/Bossier Rescue Million.
