He is survived by : his wife Jan Smith of Sikes, LA; his daughters, Tanya Clark (Tigger), Dana Smith (Nicole) and Ashley Carson (Seth); his grandchildren, Heather, Kendall, Gage, Max and Maisy; his great grandchildren, Alijah and Aidan; and his sister DeLynda Womack (Lane).
